If you cancel before work has started, you may request a full refund.

After work has started

Once work has begun, refunds are generally not available because the service is personalized and created specifically for your business.

Client cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has started, any work already completed remains payable.

One review round

Your purchase includes one review round to ensure the final recommendations accurately reflect your business.
